Hi, I am Max, was born in Russia, for last 15 years have been living and working in Israel. Photography became of my interest when I learned in secondary school, though I have seriously been engaged in it about five years ago, using Medium format camera-"Salute"("Kiev-88") and "Hasselblad".I was always keen to make photogravure using nature both as my hero and as a background for different subjects and situations one could be put in. Working with a human model I join his natural aesthetic beauty and individuality as I believe these two concepts are inseparable. Supplementing each other they create integral picture and help to understand the idea and mood of photographer.I take photographs, develop and print films on my own, as they did it in good old times of the 19th century as I always wanted my pictures to make an impression of traditional art of photography and it is always a great pleasure for me creating photo images from the beginning to the end.
